Meet Don Cecile

Don Cecile, owner and operator of Sandhill Properties Inc. saw a need for affordable financing as banks were tightening their lending rules and some private lenders charge exorbitant amounts for private financing, this was back in 2008 and not much has changed! Rent-to-own was essentially unheard of so he spent a great deal of time and energy educating people on its benefits.

Today Don operates with a solid team to make home ownership possible for dozens of people at a time. Previously, Don was an educator and administrator in the public system but he traded that in to pursue real estate, travel, photography and a healthier lifestyle. He is a down-to-earth, open and honest kind of guy who seeks opportunities for all parties to benefit.
